Sage (L) and Tucker (R) with Rainy behind after a morning sharptail hunt. I start the pups at home with pen raised birds and basic handling. Once hunting season comes, the old dogs teach the pups better than I can. The early season sharptails are ideal introductions to wild bird hunting.
Both Sage and Tucker obtained maximum scores of 112 points for Prize 1 on their NAVHDA NA tests.
